The Honeywell TH8321 VisionPro 8000 is one of three thermostats in the VisionPro 8000 series. Care should be taken because only the TH9321 model has dehumidification control.

The Honeywell TH8321 VisionPro 8000 Universal Thermostat is an excellent device that costs about $150. It is the model in the Honeywell series between the RTH8500D and the Honeywell Prestige HD. The thermostat comes with an impressive 5 year warranty and can manage up to 3 stages of heating and 2 stages of cooling.

The Honeywell TH8321 has a large touchscreen and uses a menu style of programming that makes it easy for the user to input the set points and times for the 4 periods of heating or cooling for each day of the week. The thermostat also displays humidity in a room. It uses the air-con unit to to take excess humidity out of the air. Once this is done, the Honeywell TH8321 returns the air-con to its prevoius setting. This means it is unnecessary to buy a separate dehumidification device for the home. If a thermostat is needed to control a dehumidification device then the Honeywell Prestige HD is recommended.

As you would expect from a top of the range model, the Honeywell TH8321 VisionPro 8000 has smart response, auto change-over, vacation mode and temporary hold. It also has multiple fan settings, a keyboard lockout and filter and battery change warnings.
